Description:<\/strong> Operations Manager<\/p><p><strong>Reports to:<\/strong> COO<\/p><p>The Employee shall perform the following duties for the Employer as outlined below, including but not limited Responsibilities:<\/h5><ul><li>Manage office staff (direct reports) and communicate with Shop Manager to ensure all employees are meeting requirements<\/li><li>Communicate progress, delays, and issues to clients and sales team<\/li><li>Coordinate with the COO, Shop Manager, Engineering, and Business Development Manager to ensure that all repairs and sales meet company standards and client expectations.<\/li><li>Manage Change Orders and communicate with Shop Manager for execution<\/li><li>Investigate non conformance events and investigate and develop corrective action<\/li><li>Monitor and optimize repair turnaround times, labor utilization, and shop capacity by analyzing workflow data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity<\/li><li>Oversee inventory control, procurement of parts, and meet with suppliers to leverage buying power and minimize expenses<\/li><li>Lead daily toolbox talks and weekly safety meetings and ensure their proper documentation<\/li><li>Ensure all employees are compliant with required Safety, OSHA and ISO training as well as Sentrimax policies<\/li><li>Continuously evaluate ways to improve repair processes and operational efficiency, present these ideas to Shop Manager and COO<\/li><li>Meet with the External ISO Auditor annually and provide the requested documentation and explain relevant operational procedures as needed<\/li><li>Support Sales Staff with questions and proposals<\/li><li>Assist and\/or prepare quotes for repair services and field service jobs<\/li><li>Interview and onboard office personnel<\/li><li>Assist with parts sales, purchasing, and logistics as needed to maintain seamless operations and customer service<\/li><li>Assist Shop Manager in developing and implementing training plans for shop personnel and SOP\u2019s to enhance staff performance and operational consistency<\/li><li>Provide ERP support and training to local users<\/li><li>Performing all other duties as required by SCI and as required for day-to-day business operations<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div limited to, having\/being:<\/p><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred, candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree<br \/>\u2022 10 + Years of experience of progressive leadership including responsibilities in operations, purchasing and sales<\/li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross functional teams<\/li><li>Demonstrated ability to reason, analyze, and solve complex operational challenges.<\/li><li>Proven capability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand environment<\/li><li>Holds self and team members accountable to performance standards, timelines, and company values<\/li><li>Skilled in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.<\/li><li>Successful track record of managing personnel, delegating responsibilities, scheduling workloads, and consistently meeting deadlines<\/li><li>Proficient in the use of ERP systems for managing operations, inventory, and scheduling.<\/li><li>Familiarity with industrial equipment, including centrifuges, gearboxes, and electric motors<\/li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fa3e2f elementor-align-center
