This position is responsible for delivering day\u2011to\u2011day HR support, driving consistent HR practices across sites, and partnering closely with the HR leader and Company management to support a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace.<\/p><p>The role is on\u2011site at the Company\u2019s Texas location and requires regular in\u2011person presence with employees and managers. Some travel to other locations will be required for onboarding, training, employee relations, and HR project work. The position is designed for an individual who can quickly expand scope and grow into a broader and more senior HR role as the organization scales.<\/p><p>The ideal candidate is a hands\u2011on HR generalist with experience in all major HR disciplines, familiarity with both U.S. and Canadian employment laws, and practical experience using Paylocity as the primary HRIS and payroll platform.<\/p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>General HR Administration and Employee Support<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Serve as a primary on\u2011site HR contact for employees and managers, providing day\u2011to\u2011day guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.<\/li><li>Administer the full employee lifecycle for all locations, including:<ul><li>New hire setup, onboarding, and orientation<\/li><li>Internal transfers and promotions<\/li><li>Employment status and job changes<\/li><li>Terminations, resignations, and offboarding reports and resolving discrepancies<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Run standardized and ad hoc reports in Paylocity to support:<ul><li>Headcount and staffing metrics<\/li><li>Turnover and retention processes.<\/li><li>Experience working in an industrial, service, construction, or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred; comfort engaging with field technicians, shop personnel, and
