Reports to: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
A sales representative job involves promoting and selling Sentrimax’ s Repair and service options by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Key duties include prospecting for new clients, building customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales representatives act as the link between a company and its customers, and their responsibilities extend to providing support for customers.
Principal Responsibilities
The Employee shall perform the following duties for the Employer as outlined below, including but not limited to:
Operations
- Plan and execute sales activities which support company sales objectives
- Assist in developing sales targets with Business Development Manager
- Meeting sales targets
- Maintain a customer focus by visiting client sites and calling on potential and existing customers
- Work with branch manager to maintain a customer relationship database and ensure regular contact
- Work with other Sales team members
- Participate in Sales meeting and contribute ideas
- Develop trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for Sentrimax
- Generating new Client base that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports of progress
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- Experience in sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding Quotas
- Customer service experience
- Familiar with CRM systems and software.
- Key requirements include strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong Technical Knowledge
Other Duties
- Ability to write and negotiate contracts
- Assist in negotiation and the writing of contracts
- Assist with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- Be self-motivated and contribute to the motivation of the team
