Once we receive your centrifuge, we will provide a thorough inspection and detailed, transparent job quote:
- Document and ID tag your equipment for triage
- Take oil samples and send for 3rd party analysis
- Disassembly and comprehensive inspection
- Prepare rotating assembly for inspection, including full steam clean and polishing of critical surfaces
- Licensed technician completes a 75-point inspection
- Measure all critical precision fits
- Take detailed and annotated photos of full machine and parts
- Prepare quotation package – includes full inspection report, scope of work, required parts, pictures, pricing and estimated delivery time

Once approved, we’ll begin working on your equipment right away:
- Parts assembly – assemble required parts package which meets or exceeds OEM-specifications
- Welding – preform all required welding repairs and / or procedures
- Machining – machine all repaired parts to meet OEM tolerances
- Balancing – perform full balancing up to ISO G 0.5 specifications
- Re-assembly – re-assemble all required components for the full centrifuge
- Quality Control Inspection – technician completes detailed post-repair inspection
- Test Run – full test run including performance report

Once complete and tested, we will load your centrifuge for delivery.
- We offer shipping services through our dedicated broker network
- Invoice will include a detailed report of all parts, labor and other completed analyses
- Shipping confirmation and tracking
